Outdoor Adventure, Leadership Building and Environmental Education Programme (OLE)

Based on "The Leader in Me" principles, the OLE programme builds leadership and environmental awareness across three dimensions: Learners (values), Thinkers (reflection), and Leaders (self-guidance). The curriculum progresses thoughtfully by grade level. P1–P2 focus on basic outdoor skills and neighborhood navigation; P3–P4 build teamwork in local parks; and P5–P6 develop resilience and problem-solving through campsite activities like climbing and canoeing.
